Exchange: It's crucial to us that you are in love with your newest Andora hat and find the perfect fit for your head. Therefore, you can exchange your hat for a different size free of charge within 14 days of receiving your order if your shipping address is within the European Union. Please e-mail us at info@andorahats.com with all necessary information.
For exchanges from the United Kingdom, a fee of €20 applies to cover part of shipping costs and customs.

Returns: Are at the cost of the customer. You will receive a refund for the returned pieces within 7 business days after we receive your hat back. The shipping costs will be deducted from the total. The customer is responsible for shipping the item(s) back to our address. Check out the instructions for returns on our shipping & returns page.
For UK returns, shipping costs and any applicable import duties will be deducted from the refund amount.

Return Window: You may return or exchange your item(s) within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused, in the same condition as when you received it, and in its original packaging, including the Andora box, also in the same condition as received.
