Andora Hats Shipping and Return Policy
Shipping:
Enjoy FREE shipping in the Netherlands, Germany and Belgium. In all other European countries, you pay € 6,95 for shipping. This includes the UK and is excl. import duties.
Orders will be shipped within 24 hours on business days. Currently we ship within the EU and now as well to the US for $ 19,00 USD. This is excl. import duties. Message us for any other countries to see what we can do for you!
Most orders within the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany and Luxembourg are delivered within 2 business days. Shipping to other EU countries will take 2-6 business days. Delays may occur occasionally.
Shipping to the US takes aprox. 3-6 business days after we've shipped out your order. Delays may occur occasionally or when the address is located in a remote area which is harder to reach.
Important note International Shipping:
Payment of duties + taxes is the responsibility of the purchaser. Please check with your local customs agency for costs associated with shipping goods into your country.
Return Process:
It's crucial to us that you are in love with your newest Andora hat and find the perfect fit for your head. Therefore, you can exchange your hat for a different color FREE of charge within 14 days of receiving your order. E-mail us at info@andora.com with all necessary information.
Return Window: You may return your item(s) within 14 days of receiving your order.
Exchange: If you would like to exchange your item for a different size or color, Andora Hats will cover the cost of the return shipment for the exchanged item. Please send an e-mail to info@andorahats.com with all the information.
Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging including Andora box also in the same condition as received.
Return Cost & refund: Returns are at the cost of the customer. You will receive a refund for the returned pieces within 7 business days. The shipping costs will be deducted from the total. The customer is responsible for shipping the item(s) back to our address. Check out the instructions for returns below.

Instructions for Returns:
If you would like to exchange your hat for a different size or color, please contact our customer service team at info@andorahats.com within 14 days. We'll pay the shipping costs.
If you want to fully return your purchase:
- Please go to our return portal and fill out the information.
- Pack the package in the original packaging boxes and ensure you are only returning items in their original condition.
- Ship the item(s) with the provided return label received by filling in the form in our return portal.
- Receive your refund within 7 business days.
Refund terms:
- Refunds will be processed within 7 business days of receiving the returned item(s).
- The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable, and the customer is responsible for return shipping
costs.

Yes, we do! Shipping to the US costs $19.00 USD and usually takes 3–6 business days after your order has been processed. We ship within 24 hours on businessdays, so you can expect your package to be on the move shortly after that.
As soon as your package has been registered for shipment, you’ll receive a track & trace code and link by email. With this, you can easily follow your order every step of the way.
At the moment, we don’t offer next-day delivery. However, we do ship all orders within 24 hours on business days to get your package on the road as quickly as possible.
