Returns:

It's crucial to us that you are in love with your newest Andora hat and find the perfect fit for your head. Therefore, you can exchange your hat for a different color FREE of charge within 14 days of receiving your order. E-mail us at info@andora.com with all necessary information.

It is also possible to return your entire order within 14 days of receiving it. Instructions for returns can be found in our return guide. Make sure to follow the outlined steps. Please send returns back in their original packaging and the same condition as received, to be accepted.
