Enjoy FREE shipping in the Netherlands, Germany and Belgium. In all other European countries, you pay € 6,95 for shipping. This includes the UK and is excl. import duties.

Orders will be shipped within 24 hours on business days.

Most orders within the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany and Luxembourg are delivered within 2 business days. Shipping to other EU countries will take 2-6 business days. Delays may occur occasionally.

Return & exchange process

Exchange: It's crucial to us that you are in love with your newest Andora hat and find the perfect fit for your head. Therefore, you can exchange your hat for a different color free of charge within 14 days of receiving your order if your shipping address is within the European Union. Please e-mail us at info@andora.com with all necessary information.

For exchanges from the United Kingdom, a fee of €20 applies to cover part of shipping costs and customs.

Return window: You may return your item(s) within 14 days of receiving your order.

Eligibility: To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused, in the same condition as when you received it, and in its original packaging, including the Andora box, also in the same condition as received.

It is also possible to return your entire order within 14 days of receiving it. Instructions for returns can be found in our return guide. Make sure to follow the outlined steps.
