Shipping
- Shipping is free within the EU and the UK.
- Shipping to the US costs € 15,95. Import duties and local taxes outside the EU are paid by the customer.
- We ship your order within 24 hours on business days.
- In the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany and Luxembourg, your hat usually arrives within 2 business days after shipping. Other EU countries take 2–5 business days. Shipping to the UK and US usually takes 3–6 business days. Shipping to the UK and US might take longer due to customs.
Exchanges & returns
- Need a different size? Within the EU, you can exchange your hat for free within 14 days, unless your address is in a remote area or overseas territory where additional shipping costs apply. Exchanges from the UK cost € 20. For other non-EU countries, the cost of an exchange is based on the shipping costs. Just send us an e-mail at info@andorahats.com.
- You can return your hat within 14 days of receiving your order. It needs to be unworn and in the original Andora box, with both hat and box in the same condition as they arrived. If the box is missing or can no longer be used, € 7 will be deducted from your refund.

100% wool. Every hat is handmade in Portugal, and we add the final touches ourselves. Light flecking in the wool can occur because of the dyeing process; it's part of the handmade character.
